The flavours of typical Aosta Valley's cookery, but also dishes inspired by the best regional Italian tradition, with great attention in choosing seasonal food and in serving it with professionalism and attention to detail.

A very well-stocked wine cellar, provided with the best local and Italian wines, enhance the taste and the refinement of the dishes.
The evening menu offers a big choice of dishes and is accompanied with rich buffets of appetizers, dishes of pulses, salads, different cheeses and the desserts of our confectioner.

The restaurant staff will be glad to organise for our guests on-theme evenings, dinners and wedding banquets.
And in the summer it will be possible to taste delicious mixed grills in our beautiful garden, in the presence of his majesty the Monte Bianco.
