The estate owner will decide, at the beginning of the tourist season, in what periods he wants to use the flat, taking advantage of his pre-emption right and of special prices, in order to let the administration manage the renting of the flat for the whole season.

The described model is not a time-sharing system, but a new investment formula. You’ll become the 100% owner of an estate with a guaranteed income and no ordinary maintenance costs.
